The purpose of this course is to understand how you can create your own marketing plan and directly start using it in your daily work. We will go through in detail important elements like target customer analysis, competition analysis, SWOT and your spa’s unique selling point and then we will focus on how to market your spa. We will look at how you can use various marketing tools and social media channels to communicate efficiently. Not only will you learn what to communicate, but also to whom and how to reach your future customers.
Our recommendation is to use the spa you are already working in as an example while taking this course. Or you can also work on a marketing plan for a spa that you are planning to open (requires a bit more effort from your side). It is just important that you decide what kind of spa you have in mind when taking this Spa Marketing Course.
